1. Not Financial Advice

All analytics, reports, and insights are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance displayed in analytics does not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

TradeAdda is not registered with SEBI as an investment advisor or research analyst. The Service is purely a record-keeping and analytics tool.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform

3. Broker Connections

When you connect a broker account, you authorize TradeAdda to read your trade history via the broker's API. We do not and cannot:

Supported brokers: Zerodha, Groww, Fyers, Upstox, AngelOne, Dhan, and more. You can disconnect a broker at any time from your Settings page. Disconnecting revokes our access immediately.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Plans & Pricing

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page
• Upon cancellation, you retain paid access until the end of your current billing period
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Explorer (free) plan. Your trade data is not deleted

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment. To request a refund, email support@mytradeadda.in with your account email and reason.

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, TradeAdda does not guarantee the correctness of:

• Trade data imported from brokers (subject to broker API accuracy)
• P&L calculations (verify against your broker statements)
• Charges breakdown including STT, GST, stamp duty, brokerage
• Analytics and insights derived from your trade data

Always cross-check your data with your official broker contract notes and statements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeAdda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of the Service.

Trading in stocks and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss. TradeAdda is not responsible for any trading losses you may incur.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by TradeAdda. You retain ownership of your trade data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
